Follow-up support

Our Inclusive Communication Training gives participants a real insight into what it is like to have difficulties understanding or speaking, and the importance of communication in everything we do.

Most importantly, it will always be interactive, evidence-based.. and fun!

We offer Taster, 1 and 2 day training courses, all designed to improve your teams’s insight and give them the tools to better include people with understanding and speaking difficulties. Our rates are competitive, and where possible we will design comprehensive service packages to give the best value for money.

We believe in listening to the people who know best – so wherever possible, we will train staff and customers together, minimising the need for care- providers to back-fill posts.

When this is not practical, we involve customers in other ways, such as designing resources, or working alongside staff to become Communication Champions.

We know it can be difficult to maintain changes after training, so our training also includes a follow-up service, face to face and / or online.
